Very nice!

I like the irony that all the honda guys can't wait to get rid of their Mg cases.

Is there a metal insert in the pump, or do you have to run waterless coolant?

Not that it mattered to the factory, with all parts having a short life span.

Thanks bud, it should be a gem! Plenty going on behind the scenes every night after work! Bottom end could be back together and in the bike by the end of the week if all goes well...along with swingarm/forks/shock/linkage etc..

As i'll actually be racing this bike, i thought it would be unfair to use a set of NOS Team graphics when we all know how rare they are. So i shipped off my originals to Dare Decals and had them reproduce them exactly... Unreal job as usual, cheers Ryno!

Ryan does an amazing job! He's doing a some simple green graphics for me and some others they should be printed soon. He did my Plano Honda Shark graphics also.

Not to high jack here's another kit Ryan did as chuck would say over the moon! I would have to say the vibrant colors are better than original. Although there is nothing like having the actual original graphics in hand.

Shock fully rebuilt with all new genuine internals, powdercoated, blasted, zinc plated components etc...



Forks also fully rebuilt with new genuine internals...



All new titanium M8 bolts and oem hardware...

Raising the bar for a race bike resto there Chuck.

I can see you now, solitary tear rolling down your cheek as it gets filled-in off the line by a '90's CR250.

All that hard work!

Great to see there are guys like you out there that think 'if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing like a crazy obsessive person would do it'

Just remember, it's not OCD, it's CDO, the letters need to be in alphabetical order. Wink

This is such an awesome build, so many n.o.s. gems and rarietys! Big props across the board on this one, and such a smart move to save the original throttle jockey decals too, so cool.

Since your guy already copied the old school procircuit fender decals, you think he might make a set for me? Got his email addy?
