Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
I tried countless places for those PC graphics. No one has the ability to print on clear vinyl just like the original, thermal printer. If they did, the job was just too small and they'd tell me to go screw.
Evo Mx is working on them now, the only company out of about 40 that is taking it seriously. I hope more and more 90's shops open up. Only real source is Ebay.
For the RM, did Danger UK stencil on the Suzuki logo too?
So you doin a Larroco or MXKIED finishing touches on that rig or what ?
I can't decide what number to run, my own number 375, 3 (Kiedrowski) or 94 for the year. I'm always on Ebay looking for old school parts for it. I'd like to get a Roost Boost just for the novelty factor. lol
You're pics are great! I don't know how detailed you want to get yours but all the frame warning labels are available from Kawasaki, even the mixture one for the rear fender.
Here's the link to my original thread, you can see all the problems I had with frame paint and sourcing parts: http://www.thumpertalk.com/topic/771345-1994-kx250-restoration/
The Shop
This pic brings me back
Diagnosing a bad coil I made a few small marks on the side panel, so I cleaned them up and made some protectors out of some old clear numberplate vinyl I had.
beautiful work and attention to detail..
You really ought to send that into RacerX, I'm sure they'd feature it in their "Your Collection" section.
Got the replacement coil in, finally was able to run the bike a bit. She's got a nice hit to her.
Decided to go with #3. EVO-MX is doing a couple more old decals for me, I'll post pics when they come in.

Pit Row
The initial set up was about $3500 USD. After that the price will go up depending on the texture and color you want.
I cost me about $40 to do inner clutch cover, $40 for clutch and stator covers, and another $40 for PV covers.
I ran across the set up from an old man that does frame up restorations on cars. I get all of my supplies from him.
I found one place that used to sell the supplies for it and they were crazy expensive. They shut down a few months back.
I can get the texture nearly perfect to match KHI works magnesium covers. I was able to get the color extremely close as well.
I do like the factory version your runnin at the moment though , Very Cool..
Need a favour , Chasing a factory LH side plate as i am only running a rep...
i can get the standard Pearl White with no decal but want the OEM White with decal .... Any ideas ??
