here is my 1993 cr 250r completely restored and now finished, sounds unbelievable and such a smooth delivery of awesome power coupled with the 93 famous frame geometry , wow what a bike tooooo much fun.
Looks great. Makes me want to grab a whistle and bust out some shapes.
Remember running wets (look like the same Dunlops) on my supermoto in the dry years ago, so they would grip with no heat.
Great to a point, but when the front let go, it would go so fast compared to something like a BT-090, which you could push for miles.
Looks like this bikes gonna be a hoot to ride.

LOL. The 90s were so much fun I can't remember big parts of the decade.
Truly a unique and highly distinctive project!
Cheers for any info on what they are, and where I can find some.
Must be a hoot on the road. Been a while since I road a 2T supermoto (an 89 CR500) on the road, but found it too buzzy.
The 250 must be a bit smoother, but I can imagine still hunts at constant throttle stuff.
Good excuse to keep it wide open.
here our main roads are like you guys little country lanes so prime for rippin road registered supermotos round and the bigger race bikes cant keep with the pick up on this thing cause we have no really long roads to hit high speeds so 85 out of this is ample, the guy who asked about flo yellow plastic , dirk timmer is your man for this stuff it was done for team race spec 125 gp bike very very hard to find i have the fr plate just neec the fr fender and lower fork guards to match the flo rad shround decals are old n style ones. Flo yellow plastic is all UFO
My old WR managed a 12.46 quarter at 115, so would keep a 600 on its toes up to about 100mph.
Bikes look great. Love the fluoro stuff.
On display at a local bike show
