Time to start a thread on this next build. I've always loved how unique the early PC bikes were built. And it seems most the parts are acquirable with some time and patience.
When I was about 16 years old, I had a 1992 kx125 with the '93 graphics and seat cover. I loved that bike but it was short lived since it was stolen out of my garage shortly after I bought it.
With my "mid-90s crisis" in full affect, I've been on a mission to build the bikes I've always wanted but couldn't afford.
Over the last couple-three years, I've collected most parts for this build. Please enjoy some random photos of my progress and some parts I've gathered. As of now, the bottom end is rebuilt and the frame and swingarm have been powder coated...

Great work Ryan, nice collection of parts.
Jay, I do have some green paint leftover from my '96 kx250 build. I will dab a bit on the bare spots and see how it works. I think the color will be pretty much identical.
Seat cover installed.
Cleaned up the engine covers. Before and after.
Installed the clutch and then got the engine cover on.
Bike's coming on great Ryan, you gonna ride it?
Pit Row
I am thinking I might ride this bike with stock plastics, if anything. I'm considering getting the cylinder ported by PC and running race gas. I would be very interested to rip it a bit!
Did your '94 PC bike show much wear after the Farleigh Castle race?
I had a couple options...
Front fender and bar pad
