Haha! That's awesome. Crazy thing is I have a Dynoport raw pipe being made right now and Rich is making me a carbon fiber silencer to go with it as well. Are you running the stock carburetor?

I have the Dyno Port aluminum silencer, it's a little crude. That CF should be sweet.
Stock carb, carbon tech low tension reeds.

Nice. Im in Salt Lake City so I'm pretty high in elevation and looking for any tips with jetting with the stock carb and boyeson reeds. I also had a 2000 RM. Smile

I would start with stock jetting & non synthetic premix oil for first tank of gas for break in. I use Yamaha "r" premix petroleum blend helps rings seat better. After first tank of gas & break in is complete, then switch to whatever synthetic mix oil you use & work on jetting for your area. Suzuki"s of this era came jetted rich, you will likely be going leaner, depending on what type of riding you do. Post some photos of that pipe & silencer when you get them....Dyno port was local to my dist.3 MX races when I first started racing.... I have owned a few of his pipes....

I would hope so. It's been a great time reliving my youth with this build.

Thanks! It's been a hell of a journey but I'm stoked with how the bike has turned out so far. I'm in Salt Lake so if your ever hear she's all yours for a rip.

That is the idea. I had Rich at dynoport build these to replicate the team Suzuki bikes in 1990.
