Hey, who remembers when Timmy Ferry showed up on that RRP CR125 in, say, 1994 (?) and would whip the shit out of the elevator jump? That was crazy! Dungler was only other dude who could lay it that flat while hitting that thing.
Does anyone know if Carsten is still at it?
I remember watching a friend who was in the same moto and saw the whole thing.
The kid hit that stupid kicker, went straight off the back, while bike landed on its wheels and ghost ride off the side of the elevator jump! It was an older YZ and looked like it was going mach 3 -- clearing the side by about 50' and landing on top of a motorhome with a nice metal to metal noise.
I think it took out the AC unit, an awning, and landed off the roof of the RV.
The RV was fxcked, but the bike was fine aside from some bent bars or something.
That was some funny shit - eTown was lucky no one was killed!
