I have a line on a legit 15hr 1990 YZ 125, I did some work on it for him last year and got it running again, and the guy put it back in his garage and stored it AGAIN! I thought he might do that so I Prepped it for Winter. How much is a good price to buy and after a bit of elbow grease how much is it worth?

All depends on the condition but I would put it between $1500.00 and $2200.00 if it is stock and in excellent condition. It may be worth more to a small handful of people. I bought this $1990 YZ250 for $1700.00 a couple years ago. Probably has no more that 20 hours on it considering the condition of the original stock chain, sprockets and tires.

Same, everything stock! I had to change the original K695 Dunlop. Dry, cracking. I put in a new clutch for him because he thought it was bad, WEIRD ...arm, pin setup for aculation pin. Couldn't get it to stop dragging. Any suggestions? Replaced plates, springs ,and that goofy spring plate

the whole stock outter clutch cover is no good and i believe replacements are no longer available, we had a couple 90 125s and they started creeping we tried everything, and Doug Henrys dad told us it was the cover i didnt believe him
but yup after all i went threw it was the cover, and the updated one has larger ribs on the inside apparently the stocker flexed after a few rides
the removeable outter cover is what i mean

That would make sense, I've tried everything. Can it be machined so it doesn't drag?

I don't know, I don't own the bike. Trying to see if it's worth the hassles
