Lt. Gen. Robert W. Cone said Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan was the only shooter. and by the way, just so I'm clear, are we blaming Obama on this or not?

So is this treason? it could be tried as treason if he does get traced back to being terrorist activity.
As for firing squad i dont think that is a death penalty by UCMJ but i know lethal injection is but thats obvious. Plus if it was death by firing squad only one person would have a bullet and should that person miss or he does not die from the shot he will walk free.

11/6/2009 5:04 AM MSNBC has a retired military commentator who just said he talked to eye witnesses that said he was shouting "Allah ackbar!" while he was shooting. Also said he started wearing "traditional Muslim garb" on the base a while ago.

11/6/2009 5:12 AM For legal and liability reasons, it would be correct to say he is the "suspected shooter" rather than "the shooter" because he has not been convicted.
News does that all the time, even when it's obvious the suspect is guilty. They will say the "accused shooter" or "suspected shooter" because that is what they legally are until convicted and by the way, just so I'm clear, are we blaming Obama on this or not?

They are being preventive because of possible backlash. So is the switch to health care a responsible way of reporting ? Should they hang on and report every nuance and fan the flame?
