This is why I enjoy Indy racing 10X more then Formula 1. Saturday's race was a perfect example. By lap 150 , there had been 75 lead changes. The top 12 guys all had a chance to lead and that wasn't because of pit stops! They were dicing back and forth at 215mph. What an awesome , crazy race that was! Glued to my seat! They don't call it speedworld for nuthin'.

It was incredible to see how they could move around on the track at those speeds. Those new cars have really changed how they run on the ovals.

I haven't watched an "Indy Car" (or whatever they call it these days) race, since it became a spec series.

i agree, it made nascar plate racing look average, no one could stay at the front for long, i think the drivers need to ease up on the sudden moves as much, Sato was pretty bad at moving all over the place,

You've missed some good ones. I don't much care for the lower speeds either but we do get some great racing ( hint , hint mx! ). Still though , in my opinion the best racing on planet earth is V8 supercars. That and Blancpain and PWC. Formula one gets boring as hell to me when a certain team just dominates everything like the way Mercedes is doing. Occassional glimpse of a fast Vettel every now and then , but that's about it. I didn't much care for the last two years he was winning either.

V8 supercars usually has like 23 cars on the grid. 20 of which can win at any given track. And they don't fuck around out there! Love it and watch every single one!

My DVR picks up every series you mentioned, plus most of the different European Sedan series.

I don't have time to follow them all, but I do enjoy watching the V8 Supercars and Blancpain.

I'm bummed that WRC coverage is so sketchy these days; That's my over-all favorite motorsport to watch.

3000 spectators? Robin Miller had a huge rant about it on Racer TV.
