Thinking of bidding on an eBay bike, anyone ever ride one of these?

I remember some decent reviews of them BITD, but wondering how they really worked as commuter bikes and such. They still look pretty futuristic........

I remember brake pads were like a $160.00 per set on the front and that was 10 years ago. good bike just didnt set the world on fire and didnt sell for retail , had to discount them but everyone who had one seemed to like it.

Front end is sketchy. Do NOT at any time ever take both hands off the bars. Even for just a second. It will wobble so bad, it'll be like an angry bull trying to kick you off.

Other than that it's just an overweight, under-powered, weird handling bike.
