Cygnus where do you live in Colorado
I live in Hanover. It's just south east of Colorado Springs.

You can see my property on google earth at 17040 hanover rd cool springs 80928. The updated picture shows most of the changes I've done to the track.

It's semi private I'll definetly let ya come out and ride. It's similar. Not quite as sandy as Aztec is In a wash. The dirt is super when prepped and or we get some rain. I am working on a new well so I can water. I have a water truck and a couple ponds for now though.

Have you found a place in town to live? What part?

No not yet we are going to come back in August and find a house to rent for the first year then decide where we want to buy. do you suggest anywhere to look or more importantly not to look.

ST. Augustine, Florida. No doubt about it. Plenty of great tracks and perfect weather. Research that area and you'll fall in love

Fort Collins Colorado is the best place on earth, IMO.

Colorado's fulled up I'd recommend New Jersey, they have the best Italian subs, Tomatoes, and Etown kicks ass. It's a no brainer.

More people are moving here a day then I thought possible. It will be bumper to bumper in no time. Oh wait it is already. Feels like 110 today and mosquitoes are caring off children. Lightning cracks at 3pm like clockwork for five months. Great whites are here now in numbers. 20 foot pythons, gators and no see ums bite. Actually snakes everywhere and Panthers too, oh and bears, angry bears. Don't forget the flesh eating bacteria blooms in the water. Good thing they all only like northerners. ShockedCoolEvil

I used to think Sandpoint Idaho or Lincoln City Oregon might be a couple places that would be nice to live at.

Vacationed down there quite a few times as a kid, always though it was a cool area. Of course it's always nice when you're a tourist, maybe not so much when you're living there dealing with the tourists.

Recreational activities have little value without a job. CO, OR, WA, and FL have features TX cannot match, but none of those states come remotely close to the professional options here in the Lone Star State. Fortune magazine recently stated that the two most developing cities on the planet are Abu Dhabi and Frisco, TX. It seems almost every month another F500 company relocates to the area.

When coupled with the cost of living (except for ludicrous property taxes), and numerous motorcycling options (MX tracks plus TORN, TORO, TCCRA, etc.), it's hard to beat Texas for the total package.

Im looking at Texas and Gulf Shores, AL. Texas for the wife mainly, better job opportunites in her field. Gulf Shores for both of us, have family in both but I have more networking at my disposal in AL. Hoping she can find a decent job around the beach, so far Destin is the closest offer she has had, aside from Galveston and Austin.

I just relocated from AZ back to TX, Don't rent a 26' budget rental truck if you have to pull and hills. Prick would max out at 35-40mph on hills with 7% grade being the max we pulled. Got good fuel mileage though haha.
