How did I know you would be one of the first to post in this thread?!! Just wanted to give some of you a different taste of Rap/Hip-Hop. BTW, Wale is pretty "gangsta". He's signed to Rick Ross' label.

Sorry man. That video is just too damn funny. He thinks he is such a good rapper and he's awful. Sometimes unique can be not good. I know I should probably sometimes sit threads out but it's hard to not be a mothafucka sometimes. Ha.

I like rap but it's more mainstream rap like Eminem and crap like that. Stuff that's just easy on the ears and you have to admit, he's a very unique rapper. Not like IceJJ Fish unique though. Lol.

My music taste is more rock. I like listening to guys shred on the guitar, drums or bass. I was in band all through middle school and high school so my ears have been tuned to appreciate instruments more than voices or lyrics in songs. I know you like rap and don't have anything against it per se.

Trick Daddy had some good stuff back in the day. Looks like he just filed for bankruptcy though.

Lol!! No problem! Just a note, the first two songs that I posted are as easy on your ears as it's gonna get when it comes to Hip-Hop!! :-) The second one by K-Camp is pretty universal. He should really get waaaaay more exposure than he does IMO.

Tractor, it is a shame that the media only pushes one kind of music for Hip-Hop today. Technology has allowed artist to carve their own lanes so that is a plus in today's society. Local groups that may have never been heard 20 years ago have world wide access now.
