Anyone watch this yet? For some reason I was completely enthralled by it. Binge watched it with the wife and kids Saturday and we all loved it. Definite throw back to 80's movies like ET, Goonies, etc. Reminded me a bit of Steven King meets Steven Spielberg. The acting was also top notch. It's an 8 part series.

If you haven't watched it check it out. I thought it was pretty awesome.

They film a lot of it around here in Atlanta.
A friend of mine's kid has been in several scenes. Good money they pay some of those extras.

Awesome! That will make for a fun Halloween weekend!

Truly loved the show. I'm an 80s kid. Was really surprised at how good it was and the acting by pretty much everyone was superb. After the show me and the wife probably talked for over an hour about it and different theories and plot twists.

Not many movies or shows get us talking about then like that. Only other one I can remember to be honest was breaking bad.

I'm an 80's kid and love all things 80's, except for Winona Ryder in movies/shows these days. She always looks constipated and needs to go take a growler!

Stranger things is really good and can't wait for the new season, although its a long ways away.

Yup, binge-watched it to. Hous of cards still rules imo. Totally different show but nothing had me sucked in as that show.

Great show. My wife doesn't like Scifi but happened to come in when I was watching it and got hooked. Cool elements of Stand By Me, E.T., X Files and very creative stuff of it's own.

Another binge watcher of this show...just chiming in. Was a great show I thought. That's one great thing about Netflix and Amazon....you can litterally binge watch just about anything. Had a bad snow storm a little over a month ago...and I never watched an episode of " Breaking bad " before.

In 9 days of being stranded.....I binge watched the entire 5 season's haha! Plus some other stuff!

Yep, dying for next season. I just got into the Santa Clarita Diet as well. It's really good and funny.
