Well after taking your guys advice I re-roofed my house. It took a little over 3 weeks and was alot of work, but it looks way better now.

I tore up all the old shingles, and replaced about 70 percent of the plywood.

Did you pull permits and pass all thier inspections? It looks good. That's my favorite color and what I did my house in.

Not every municipality requires a permit for a roof replacement.

Looks good. My riding buddy for years owns his own roofing company and I have done a few tear off, fix rot and reroof's and it is hot and heavy work. He will rip a roof all day and then ride the rest of day/night. He is an animal. I need a nap after one or the other.
