If you have seen any good documentaries, please recommend.

Here are two good ones that I recommend:

"The Internet's Own Boy: The Story of Aaron

"Searching for Sugarman"

Hornets nest on hero channel. The sound of bullets while they are pinned down on that ridge is pretty crazy.

Eyewitness war is another good one.

Any of the 30 For 30 on ESPN are really good. If anyone is a football fan at all, I recommend "The Book Of Manning".

How to survive a plague is an interesting watch on the early days of AIDS, and what people had to go through both medically and politically to change it.

All of these are on Netflix:

The Ken Burns PBS stuff is all great amazing images and stories; the National Parks series especially.

The Unknown Known was great.

Genius on Hold which is the story of the man that actually invented/patented most telecommunication functions we use everyday and was screwed over by AT&T

The Ghost Army about the Army corp that used fake tanks and phantom troops to fool the Germans about the actual movements.

Weekend of a Champion which is a re-release of a Roman Polanski documentary about Jackie Stewart from the 71 Grand Prix series.

Deep Water was very good

Search YouTube for Aaron Russo and watch "Reflections and Warnings". The guy is highly intelligent and gives a tell all on a lot of messed up shit in the Untited States. A must see for sure.

Kurt Cobain - Montage of Heck

great docu, interesting how intelligent and bright he was yet searching for approval and affection from those around him. obviously his spiral into drugs was one for the ages, but the documentary was very well put together and had me interested the whole way through.
