32to1, you keep saying that they should have closed with premature ejaculation boy because they had to put the 10% down anyway.
If I remember correctly, they did the refinance so they would have the 10% down to buy the new place, which cost him thousands. Then at the closing for the new place ejaculation boy wasn't able to be reached AT ALL. It is his responsiblity to be there unless something serious had happened, but we know it didn't. I don't remember what happened after that.
As far as ejaculation boy not knowing this was a rural property, I remember that this was pointed out in the paperwork that he probably spunked on and forgot to go over. Contrary to what you say, it IS his responsibility to know what type of property he is writing/underwriting a loan for. If he doesn't know and the paperwork isn't correct, he should be asking the buyers agent.
