I am sure we all remember the LONG posting between Jesse and PremixJunky about how Premix screwed Jesse out of some $$.
With all the Sub-prime mess going on, did the company Premix work for Close it's doors like many others?
I can't remember if he worked for a sub-prime place or some other type, but would it be total karma if premix lost his job after the screwing he did?

Paul, AKA Premix Skunky, was to work a home loan for Jesse, told him it was all good and the night before closing told him everything was fine. Come time of closing Skunky did not show, no papers showed and he hid from phone calls for hours, all with zero explanation.
This inexcusable action on his part caused Jesse to pay a penalty to the seller to keep the deal alive while he sought new financing. The combination of the penalty, new fees, inspections and more cost Jesse about $5,000.00

flarider, I think you summed it up about right, but why did it take 20+ pages to get to that point on the other board.....Soryy about that as well. I thought that was on Motodrive, that's why I posted the question here.
Before, Werks had a solid reason to loathe this blathering bag of wind, now anybody paying taxes is going to have a solid reason very soon.
but...that's another subject....back to the show.
