Big discounts on the Galaxy S6 Edge. Who gives a shot? No one know, I know. But it's funny how important a cell phone is to people. The guy at T-mobile said "iPhone 5, how's that working out for ya"? I said " I can make phone calls and look at porn so it's pretty good". That was about it for the small talk.
After years of flip phones I got an iPhone. mainly because it was a good deal with an iPad2 I got
for work.
The iPhone takes great pics.
But the flip has better reception.
I can get online with the ipad.
But the battery in the flip lasts 4 times longer.
The iPhone seems fragile as hell.
The flip is like a tank.
The iPhone has so much it can do, I find I brush off even attempting to use 2/3 of what's on it.
The flip is so simple
I dunno, somewhere in the middle would be great.

No Signature.
"No Signature." IS a signature. Don't be deceived.
You might be able to root your Android and install NetHunter.
NetHunter has lots of fun stuff to play with, gives the phone a whole new purpose lol.
If you are interested here's a how to video in regards to the install.

I use email, phone and whatsapp, that's about the extent of my use on the phone. How anyone can read articles on them is beyond me.
i a run a macbook at home and they work well together, hate the new apple music app and just want the old music app back, i dont use it to any where its capacity, (dont get my work emails to my phone, never have and never will)
had an ipad for a while, but did not use it that much, so sold it, dont really need 2 devices, but the ipad as good to travel with,
I only had it a couple days before going and getting a new 5s but I hated everything about that LG.the camera was blurry I couldn't navigate my way around etc... Guess that's why they make chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
Pit Row
It's opposite for me.
Got the ipad2 because, well, a few reasons. The phone was kind of an add on for little money.
I'm hoping the iPad sets me free.
It is really the centerpiece of the business model I'm building.
I kinda realized, after meeting and talking with TFS at Budds Creek, and then seeing how GuyB can live on the road
and do it, with today's tech it must be possible, as a contractor, to do it all from the van.
And I'm close.
Getting to the job, piece of cake with Apple maps. Nothing else comes close. (Even tho they got rid of the hybrid
map, which was awesome,)
The customer needs something done, in a place they never go, on a roof, in a crawl space , just shoot a killer pic and show them the problem.
I run an app that flat rates all pricing. It's a national program. Even at the lowest pricing scale the profit margins are really good. When they squirm, I show them the iPad, explain how it works, and for some reason it kinda validates
the cost. It's not some guy just pulling a number out of his head.
If they still hesitate, I tell them I can swipe a card with Square and poof, hell yeah, go ahead and do it.
And that gets me my money right away.
I shoot an invoice saying paid to their email box, they print the recite and we are finished.
With a GPS on this van, and a good guy working out of it there is no reason I can't run this show off a phone.
The only thing I havnt figured out yet is how to print off the pad. Some people, believe it or not, still don't do internet.
For them, I need to print an invoice.
Hard to believe Apple has all this crap and you still can't just plug a printer into it.
I get that figured out, who needs an office?
My suppliers ship to any address I want, who needs a shop?
Yeah, for me, I'm hoping the iPad will eventually set me free.
Someone mentioned that to me Hut.
Going to best buy this week to see how that will work.
Only other thing is voltage.
Yeas, I could carry a 110 volt printer in a customers house to do the deed,
But I really would like something that ran off 12 volts and just plugged in to the pad.
Maybe do the wifi thing and get an inverter for the voltage?
Thanks Hut. Best buy and the truck stop in Mt. Morris here I came.
Good luck on the setup.
