I don't know if these are sitcoms and they probably aren't obscure but:

Gilligan's Island
Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea
ALF
Baa Baa Black Sheep/Black Sheep Squadron

The Shop

Get a Life is one of my all time favorites
Ren&Stimpy, Beavis & Butthead
Alf funny stuff
TMZ, the writing on that is hilarious(not a sitcom).
Not obscure the first season of F troop.

"Eat your Heart Out Donner party" one of Hanks lines after they had their own ad agency.

Lotsa good ones on here.

I'd like to add three from Adult Swim.

Home Movies, Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Promethius and Bob.

Genius all.

Harvey Birdman - Attorney at Law

Scrubs - It was on for a while but never seemed to be a big hit. Very quirky show.

Community is my new favorite - politically incorrect in a polically correct way

What was the one about the radio station with Phil Hartman, Andy Dick, Joe Rogan and the gay dude that played the straight (as in serious) man on Kids in the Hall?

That was a good one.

Loved the short lived "Fernwood Tonight". Martin Mull and Fred Willard were hilarious.

Barney Miller was also some comic genius.

The episode when she stayed with Johnny, and showed up to work in jeans and a t shirt, looking freshly...uh, you know.

Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. Wasn't that a spin off ? Fernwood was classic.

Gorge Putnam had a Show, non sitcom. Talk Back, I used to die at the people that would get up and talk, it was like a KTLA community forum. Some guy came up once and sang a song to Nixon and Kissinger. He was a true believer and was backing Nixon during his time of stress. We were a bit baked and were rolling on the floor so to speak.
