who've

Contraction of "who have"

And maybe don't use the past tense of love. You still love them, yes?

People are not "that" I love, they are "whom" I love.

"For those who passed" = people passed by, like on the street.
"For those who have passed" = people passed on (died). You could use the contraction that Hman mentioned, "Who've."

Or, you could use the word "departed":
("For the departed whom I love." )

You may also want to look to literature to find an even more eloquent description of love and caring for deceased loved ones. Never know what you'll find.
