Moto musician

So some of you who have followed me and my son Lane over the years of course know his passion is moto. But Lane has been playing music for just about as long as he has been riding. He has a given talent that allows him to listen to any song and with in minutes, he is playing pretty close to the same thing, by ear. Well, he will have to have surgery soon on his torn ACL and I was thinking about purchasing some recording equipment for the time he is off the bike. He has no idea what he wants to do for a living after high school (Of course he wants to turn Pro and race for a living) so I thought if I got him into video/music production, he might find a decent job.

He wrote a nice musical piece last year on guitar but never did anything with this. Now, he just sat down and began writing the music to another song and this time, just stuck some words to it to see how it sounded. He hates the way his voice sounds and wishes he could sing better. His style is that of Justin Bieber or Sum 41...
