Hopefully not too long.....

But, once they do and he is put in the pokey....from the looks of that photo, he is pretty comfortable already with big, sweatty, meat-cleaver-hand dudes hugging on him.......

And, I also think this DiMaggio will be a catcher.........batter up!

He's in our county about 50 miles south. Heard some chatter on the scanner but it's been deathly quiet since.

Ed,

I received 3 Amber alerts on my phone yesterday. It's all over the news in Portland/Vancouver.

He's probably hid out on some logging road up in the mountains.

That's huge area....
There are thousands of those logging roads in WA & OR.
This time of year you can take those logging roads (green dots) from near your place pretty much into Canada if you map correctly.

Now they're saying he is armed with IED's (homemade explosives) and booby trapped his vehicle.
Hopefully they get this dirt-bag soon.

Am I the only one who is hesitant about believing what they tell us about this guy? You know, it is our government. For all we know the guy could have been targeted and is on the run defending himself. If what they say is true though, I hope he is captured soon.

The case was initially an Oregon State Police case & SAN DIEGO,Ca case.

It is really weird though. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It seemed ok until it said. "The grandparents reported the children missing" It even said they don't know what prompted them to do that. And if the guy was a family friend.. that doesn't make sense either but I guess people loose their minds.

It does have it's oddities like some cases do every now & then.
The grandparents intuition is definitely odd - unless they're withholding going public with something.

The guy being a family friend & falling in love with or having a crush on the teen girl - that's great a possibility.
There are many weirdo/pedos or whatever you want to call him out there.

Sounds like they found his car in Cascade, Idaho a very rural area about 80 miles north of Boise. I was through there 2 weeks ago on vacation. Pretty area, big lake, lots of water, mountains and trees.

Last I heard there was the possibility that he and the girl are into each other.

Yeah,Morehead lake area I believe.
Looks to be in the boonies.
They probably wont last long out there on foot.
