Creeping Death or Seek & Destroy does help getting the mojo going pre-race.

Same here, but I have to add The Offspring and Strung Out. What ever happened to Main Event, they were awesome!

I wasn't alive in the 80s, but something about there sound just clicks well for me. I guess they just have a more "upbeat" or "fun" sound to a lot of their music, while still having a lot of meaning. Their old stuff is great, but I also really like their new stuff even though a lot of people didn't like Day Go By. There are some awesome songs on that one like The Future is Now and Slim Pickens. I've been listening to Ixnay quite a bit at work and am liking that a lot more than I used to as well, might even be my favorite now.

Aahh the 80's.
Yeah the music of the 80's was more about fun, with an innocence and purity that todays music lacks. Dont get me wrong, some of todays music is awsome, but 99% of the 80's music was awsome.. That decade especially the 2nd half of it was wild as hell..(in a good way)..
