Looks like that video is a few years old. As much of a douche as the Ferrari guy is, it appears the cop is also a douche. He faked getting his foot run over (although I would probably have been tempted to do the same thing). Looks like that douche Ferrari dude was the co author of some iPhone app and his girlfriend was some sort of MTV star. The douche Ferrari dude got a good lawyer and got all the charges dropped. The douche cop later sued the douche Ferrari driver for $10M (I don't think successfully). I think the douche cop also got busted for DUI shortly after, not that that is relevant to the incident in the video.
