So testing starts soon ... Mad Max beginning the unofficial testing season at Kitzbuhel Australia (just kidding) Austria.
Does anyone else want to see more of this type of off sesson shenanigans?

Oh and Scotty ... not a fan of the hood design or whatever that thing is you posted. I don't want to see a drivers head become Julianne fries.

Can Ferrari catch those damn silver cars?
Seb has already done some practicing in the 2014 car at the Ferrari HQ test track, its so cool how he has gelled with the team. I had my reservations with him going to the Scuda (me being a huge RB supporter was the main reason) but now i am loving it.
Kevin Magnussen is set to replace Pastor Maldonado at Renault's new Formula 1 works team for the 2016 season, Autosport has learned.
Maldonado will almost certainly end up out of F1 after five seasons, three with Williams and then two with the Lotus team that Renault has acquired.

I hope Maldonado is gone from F1, they guy is a nuisance on the track!
Ricciardo fastest day 1
Vettel fastest day 2
The Shop
I would go cross eyed looking at the beam right in front of my face tough.
With Maldonado out of F1, there should be much less carnage this year.
While that concept car is cool and I do like looking at them, I just can't get my head around closed cockpit formula one cars, I just can't consider it F1 anymore
Scary.
Here it is:
Pit Row
This is a real formula one car
F1 is the pinnacle of motorsports, so it should be just that.
The leading driver can no longer expect the dirty air off of his wing to keep the approaching driver behind him, and had better step it up to keep him out of range.
My only problem with KERS, is that it seems that most reliability issues involve that system.
F1 has always been about developing new technologies that translate to road cars, and this is the next big thing. (Porsche 918, McLaren P1, LaFerrari...)
Although I preferred the days of normally aspirated 10 and 12 cylinder engines, technology must move on.
there is still one thing I don't get about it, why not sell Ferrari B spec Engine under the name Alfa Romeo?
Still the most awesome F1 car ever conceived
I hope to see Magnussen do well, after having worked with his dad for a few years!
