I'm going to try doing workouts during commercials while watching tv. Might as well do something while I'm doing nothing. I'm thinking of 10 push ups on a rocking handlebar set up, and 10 sit ups and move up to 20 each later. And also doing wall sits the rest of the commercial time. Anyone do this? Does it work? What others could I do and like alternate days?

I suggest you just get a home gym. You can do a lot with a squat rack, bench, and a few dumbbells.that could work though. Make sure you get everything out of every rep. If you half ass your reps you won't get any gains Homie. Look up different variations of push-ups summer better for your chest summer better for your triceps. I would say just go to failure every few days. Do reps until you can't anymore.

My ex girlfriend used to do that Winter shows went to commercial. She would Spring straight from the couch and Fall to the floor as soon as a commercial started. I thought I Autumn do a few myself but Summer are tougher than others and I'm just lazy. Smile

Just an up date. So after about a week, I feel awesome, my chest, abbs, shoulders and legs feel tighter. I'm really skinny, my muscles are not big but Im not weak. Just like a mx rider should be built. these excersises are just bringing them out now and making the most of what I have. I'm going to move up to 20 each this week

I have an idea for a "Commercial Workout". Being a fire sprinkler contractor and spending most of my time in the commercial world I would like to take some people to a job site and tell them it is a fitness camp. Free labor. Actually they could pay me. Brilliant, stupid and weird all at the same time.

All joking aside any physical work done that is above what one is normally used to is going to create an effect. I quit the gym once for a month and stayed home and did 500 push ups every day. So at the end of one month I had done 15,500 push ups. Did I get stronger? No, too little resistance but I sure didn't get arm pump as that level of reps really builds the pathways. Anyway just keep at it, it takes time.
