Colin Powell on the election and the ecomony

Excluding people who are already Obama supporters, 90% of the people who listen to those statements will say he is backing Obama because he is black. That is the country we live in today.

Colin Powell is just pissed that no one in the Republican Party thinks he has anything worthwhile to add. So he's trying to milk his final 15 minutes of fame pandering to Obama.

I met Colin Powell in Saudi when he and Dick Cheney came over to give us a pep talk during Desert Shield, right before Desert Storm. I wish he would have ran for president, I would have voted for him. He would have been 100 times better than Obama. I would vote for him if he ran today.

No but considering how a you, Sammy and assgas feel about Iraq and WMD's its interesting that the man who sold the Invasion of Iraq and the existence of WMD's to the UN and the world is now your paragon of truth and rational behavior.

Colin Powell did his job, the job requested of the Commander in Chief, his boss.
By the way, I have never been the conspiracy guy regarding Iraq, never.
Matter of fact, I initially supported our invasion of Iraq. I believed what I was told by my President.
It was later I disagreed with the war, but I never claimed it was a conspiracy to purposely enter us into a war.

The Democrats of course can proudly claim the legacy of succession from the union to preserve slavery, elected a ku klux klan member to the senate, stood in the doorway of schools to keep blacks out and has denigrated blacks to no end by destroying the black family unit via welfare.

And I am not an Obama supporter.

Colin Powell has more presidential qualities in his pinky finger than Obama has in his entire body. If only Powell had run. I lost a bit of respect for him when he didn't but I still have more respect for him than anyone in politics.
