Anyone else a cigar connoisseur? In the past 6-7 months I've really ramped my enthusiasm about quality sticks. I also find collecting, storing, and caring for more than I'll smoke is a fun hobby. I've nearly 100 cigars in my collection, and the weekly deliveries have my wife considering divorceWhistling

Definitely a cigar lover but not a connoisseur. I smoke Farnham Drive, Evermore, Muniemaker, and the local handmade delights called Toppers. All have CT shade grown broadleaf wrapper. Nothing better on a humid summer day with a six pack of High Life's .

Nice, I'm mostly a CT shade guy too, don't like chewing on the smoke.

I like to have one every couple of months. I like the Drew Estate Acid cigars.

Smoked my first Cuban last week. It was a really fantastic cigar, though I wouldn't say it was considerably better than some of the nicer, available offerings out there. Then again, perhaps my taste buds aren't seasoned enough.

I hear ya I don't really smoke too many cigars here and there my nephew has some good ones, So when i saw the cubans for sale i picked some up. didn't smoke them until i got home when my nephew came over. really nice. It is always kinda weird, I will smoke a cigar say hey yea that's really good, then I forget what one I liked, or go to buy them and end up with something else. But they really weren't expensive, maybe 6-8 bucks in Aruba. I know they say the dominican cigars are good also, some small shops by where I work, I may have to stop in.

Interesting note for cigar and moto connesseurs. Southwick MX facility is smack dab on the CT/MA border right where there are thousands of acres of tobacco fields. You can see the net tents for miles, which provides the "shade" grown broadleaf wrapper that is regarded as some of the best in the world. Lots of drying barns too with cedar roofs for breathing, sone of them are over 100 years old.

I used to see those drying barns speckled around southern Wisconsin, and just recently learned eat they were.

Add a small sip of bourbon to the mix and it's like a whole new animal.
No expert but I've been enjoying these recently
