Super Hunky spent a small fortune fighting them. Spent a lot of time with the crew of 60 minutes or 20/20 to get the good word out and they turned the whole fucking deal into a hit piece. Made all of us off road types into a bunch of assholes as I remember it.

Hey, a new fan club member!

I'm old enough to remember going to the post office to get a money order to send $20 or $25 to help the cause. Still not old enough for my own checking account at the time, though.

That was before the Blue Ribbon Coalition, and maybe before the actual Sahara Club, but my memory is a little bit fuzzy there. Loved reading his stuff and I still think of THAT BLM first when I see the acronym.
