Not really, Thought I'd share something with the Vital community that showed up in the mail few weeks back. Way back in 1992 there wasn't anything that I wanted more than one of these, and should have received one. Well to make a long story short, politics and one jaded person, kept me from receiving one. Flash forward to February of this year and when least expected it, It showed up in the mail. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would happen again.

Sorry but I'm lost lol. Is that you/your work?
Yeah sorry didn't really give any info. on that. Been a Music editor on feature films for about 25 years. After many decades, finally received a Platinum Record. Worked on the film for about 9 months.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it. The Film in 1992 was "The Bodyguard" The older guys probably remember this one. Obviously the soundtrack was as big as the film itself .... It contained all the Whitney Houston songs. Up until "Titanic" it was the top grossing soundtrack of all time. The music supervisor had a big hard on for me, even though it was a woman LOL. She controlled who received one and who didn't. It was very important to me at the time because it was my first big project. Now days I'm just happy to continue working, since the business isn't quite what it used to be.

I'm actually 3rd generation in the business, my grandfather started working on films in the 20's. My father worked with Spielberg on multiple projects, including E.T. He is now 78 and teaches in the cinema dept. at USC. Ive definitely been blessed. Have 3 brothers of which none of them wanted into the business. I had to keep the legacy alive .... HA

Thanks again my Vital Peeps !
