that charge has been dropped, but the threatening to kill and the drug charges are still pending,

Sounds like He has some real problems and the Band had already moved on once again.

he lives about a mile from me, and its not that big of a town, I know a few people that have had dealings with him and they all say that he is just a normal nice guy, and seems genuine, i think the drug use has got to him tho,

He's gotten out of quite a few band things recently, including band photos. They said it was for "family reasons." I wonder if he was trying to whack band members, or somebody else?
