Jeez, because she won't let him see her puppy,probably afraid he would kill it.

The dad says the boy had bullied her in the past and he went to the principal,if they are your neighbor why wouldn't you go to the parents? I know that is where I'd be.

And now, I'd probably kill the dad and the boy if my only daughter was gone.

My guess is the parents don't give a shit what their kid does. This is why the kid is the way that he is. I have neighbors with children and they do all kinds of shit to annoy me. We have gone to the parents multiple times and nothing is ever done. Same shit keeps happening. The parents lack of discipline is why the kids are doing what they do in the first place. Furthermore, going to the parents multiple times and nothing being done has made the interactions with the parents very tense each time between us. Really sucks to have people so inconsiderate of others live next to you.

He will just go to juvenile detention center for a few years. Glad she didn't let him see the puppy though.
