need help valve adjustment 09 kx450f

I have a 09 kx450f started get hard to start when cold so I decided to check valves both exhaust was .178 mm spec in .17-.22 mm and intake was .102 on one side and the other side I couldn't even get a .038 in there is that common and what size should I put to see what shim to start with and should I adjust the exhaust also even tho it's in apec?

intake spec .10-.15mm

The one intake valve is stretching or sinking into the head. You will not know what shims you will need until you remove the old ones and measure so you can calculate what you need. Yes shim all valves to the proper spec.
I would suggest the purchase a set of hot cam shims for your bike, then you are covered.
Keep one thing in mind....Reshiming one or twice is ok, but after that you will need a valve job with new valves and some machine work.
