I would get a 250f. There just doesn't seem to be many good reasons to get a 450. One can ride a 250 harder and this will increase your skills. They are also a little easier on parts.

+1... 250F For someone your size the 450 is overkill, it's more bike to move around and when you get loose, it gets you in trouble.. Work your way up if you outgrow the 250F....
