I think i might get back into the Insanity series again, good stuff and great for endurance..

My gf and I are starting week 3 of Insanity. What a workout! I can't imagine anything else being better. Unless you're looking to mostly gain more muscle. We might try T-25 next for the shorter workouts. Insanity is a huge commitment, especially if you're following the diet.

Ive been just conditioning in the gym, and 3 miles before and 3 miles after my workout on the bike at varying speeds plus abs and flexibility 3 days a week.

Cardio seemed to be the #1 workout for me for mx. Gets rid of arm pump, get leg strength/endurance, even helps core if doing HIIT training that is.
