What should I buy?

I'm a 16 yeast old getting off a yz125. I'm 145lbs and 5'10". I have $3000 to spend. I like bottom end torque. I do trail and track riding. Should I get a 250f or just go straight to a 450f?

If you like your yamaha stick with the brand and find a 14 or 15 yz250f, stepping off a 125 to the newer yz250f I don't think you will be disappointed.

I'd take that $3000 and make that YZ125 into an awesome machine. Suspension reworked, motor modded, hubs, tires, new plastic and graphics, upgrade the brakes and throw in a V-Force and a factory fatty. Very few motorcycles are as fun to ride.

Why not a 250 two stroke ... seems like a good option and easier on your wallet.
