I cannot ride for very long and I get "sick in my head" is there a reason that can cause this? My helmet is small but it doesn't fit super tight and to align my eyes up to see through the spot in the helmet I have to pull the helmet down in the front which I think puts pressure on the top of my head. I don't really know how to explain this in
a good way. It's a fly f2 carbon, could
the helmet be the cause of the sick feeling in my head or is that just the dirt getting to me?

If it isn't the helmets problem I dont know what to do because riding is just not fun when I feel bad after every ride. If it is the problem I would get a new helmet. Thanks for the help and sorry for such bad writing

Measure your head at the widest point(s) and compare it to the Fly helmet sizing chart.

I know the helmet could be a problem but I don't know what is causing the bad psychological feeling in my head

I tried on a Shoei one time and the medium fit me and on the size chart for fly is says the small is up to 22in on Shoei the medium is to 22 7/8

try to ride in a different brand helmet, their size charts are pretty accurate.

Because it's not normal to be "sick in the head" when you have a helmet on.

psycological is not headache.

Hate to say it but you really need to see a doctor about this issue. This "sick" feeling, is there any dizziness or unbalanced feeling that goes along with it? Meaning your equilibrium (balance) may be causing your ill feeling, if so it may be an inner ear issue.

Hope you can get it worked out.

I am not unbalanced but if I don't ride for a month or so then go to the track, I get sea sick but I have never thrown up from it. I think my problem is my helmet cause it puts a lot of pressure on certain parts of my head. I'm only 16 and I don't have any problems that are wrong with my body that I know of. I appreciate everyone's response!

Are you sure its not that your getting nurvice? Its not uncommon for riders to get sick before a race.

I tried on a lot of helmets at some MX dealers and I bought a bell moto 9 of the Internet because I felt no pressure points on my head at the store. I got it for 260$ too so Smile bto sports had it on sale for 290 and I had a 10% off coupon
