X trig has an adjustable off set, not 100% sure about neken. The xtrig bar mounts use rubber in between the top and bottom to reduce vibration and hard landings.
Neken is mounts their bar mounts basically on an air shock, the bars actually move up and down and the pressure can be adjusted.

What are you looking for? Different offset, reduced vibration, or cool colored clamps?

If you are not planning to change the off set of the clamps. The stock KTM clamps are very good. You can get them anodized orange, look up newmans sx150 build, he had his stock clamps anodized by tcr wheels. And it was really cheap in comparison. Then KTM sells the same x trig barmounts that can be purchased thru KTM powerparts. Idk what exactly you are planning but that is what I would do.

This is newmans clamps. Tcr charged $40 per clamp to strip and anodize and $25 to press the bearing out and back in.

No, it's not for having anodized pieces for the bike looks more factory but for having a pleasurable bike like delete vibrations who's can paralized the wrists and forearms etc...
