I have had 2 kxf 250 I like them I'm really comfortable on them I kinda wanna buy the new kxf 450 2016 but I don't want it to be to much of a bike I've rode 350s and like them but i think I wanna stick to kawi I've never rode a kawi 450 but have heard there a brut to ride but I no the 16 is 7 pounds lighter and kinda rides like a 250 has anyone rode it I'm a average C rider not slow but not a sand bagger or should I just keep my kxf 250 that only has 20hrs on it hahaha I'm just bored with the power

I bet you will be faster on a 250. The 450 is so much power that the bike will ride you. Your going to spend more time trying to harness the power rather then actually using your 250 power that's available... IMO.

Go for the Honda 450. Perfect first time 450 bike. It was for me... and yes I could use most all the power it had stock... especially coming out of corners into straights and during the starts.
And when your ready, an exhaust, cam and remap will turn it into a ripping good engine..

I agree. I ride my 450 more then 250 but i can thro my leg over a well setup 250 and match if not beat my lap times at most all tracks unless its really deep
