I like the fox boots for looks/comfort but the durability is very disappointing. Id stick with the Alpinestars

I'm gunna go against everyone else and say Tech 10's. I love mine! Comfortable, don't feel heavy and give the protection I want. I'm a 13 as well so I know what you're going through lol. I had a set of Fox Forma Pros back in 07/08 and I felt every single thing through the sole of those boots, foot pegs and every little vibration. That's not to say that the new Instincts suck because I haven't worn them, but those Forma Pros left a bad taste in my mouth.

Not even a close comparison, instincts are waaaaay better. Than the formas

In terms of price, Fox instincts line up better with the Tech 7s, which are my boot of choice.

I was happy to go for a Tech 10, but the 7's felt so much more comfortable in the shop. Longevity is solid also.

New Tech10's are the best, had instincts and crossfires. Tech10's are so much more comfortable, They have saved my ankles at least twice.
