I am looking into buying a bike i have rode before but was around 9 years ago and wasn't for long and i want to start up again and im having a hard time deciding between a 250f or a 450f im 6'3 around 210lbs but don't know if the 250f will be to small for my size and don't know if the 450 will be too much since lack of experience riding
With a lack of experience, either bike can be dangerous if you twist the throttle beyond your ability. I'd say get the 450 just because of your size. Just remember to take it easy and ride within your ability. Listen to the guys at your local tracks if they offer any pointers about how to ride.
Like Harry said, based in your size a 250 might lack power . But for example if you are into riding tight trails, get a 250. Open trails or track a 450 will suite you better.
Just work your way back into it. Don't rush your skills.

If the latter, go with a 250f. It's not as though they're underpowered and even at your size will happily tug you around, they're fairly torquey.
Otherwise, go with the 450f, they have a lot smoother power curve and will smooth into it rather than jump straight on. Though they're a lot more torquey than a 250 2t.
Have you got any friends that ride by any chance? Specifically 2 that own a 250f and or a 450f. If so, ask them if you can have a go on both so you can make up your own mind.
