OK here's the deal got this bike new motor 155 psi compression bnew reeds new Carb kit jetted for pro circuit pipe power valves seem too be working too my knowing but I don't know much about them new plug I'm lost I have torn this bike down three times and I am stumped.. it idles great but when I get on the throttle it just wount go barley has enough power too get rolling without riding the cltch and even in netural I rev it an it pops and sputters and almost sounds like a backfire any help would be awesome!!! Thanks

This could be any number of things , but one thing it could be is one of the ceank seals could be popped out , that will make them act like that , just one idea

What color is the spark plug tip?
Did you set the float height?
Compression seems a bit low for a fresh top end.
Replaced the spark plug?
Did you do an ohms test ohms the coil?
