For those of you who don't know about Moto Retro Illustrated, check out our website at motoretroillustrated.com. Issue one features a ton of Old School mx, including a feature on the '75 Unadilla Trans-AMA, Yamaha's first monoshock motocrosser, Hodaka's Super Rat, Team Honda from 1973, Jeff Ward and his '76 XR75, a short feature on Darryl Bassani, AHRMA's Vintage AM race at Brad Lackey's and Diamond Don's, Tom White's motocross museum (10 pages), a feature on Honda's 50th Anniversary in the US, and a ton of cool streetbike stuff - Eddie Lawson and his personal ELR Kawasaki, Honda's first-year CB750, Wes Cooley and the Yoshimura GS1000S from '81 and much more cool stuff from the '70s and early '80s. Hope y'all will take a look. More killer old school mx stuff to come in later issues! Mitch Boehm mitch@motoretroillustrated.com |
