Wow, in the racerxonline poll about who the next winner will be, the only one lower than Millsaps is Other. He has less than 1% of the votes.

He certainly looks like something is wrong. I don't buy the "not a contract year" reason some throw around in here.

Fluke really? In 2012 he finished 2nd O/A in SX as well aboard what was called the biggest POS bike out there....the YZ450F. The following year he backs it up again on his Suzuki with another 2nd O/A.

You don't " Luck " your way into two runner up placings in SX. There is something else going on.

He looked killer at Monster cup ??? 10 lap Main with no whoops and a straight away where they are going 70 mph.

I don't ... That would have been a huge 'fluke' Blink All season long. Even at the MEC he was way more aggressive in his riding and much faster. Now he is just cruising around the track. There is something going on and at the moment he would be lucky to get top 5.

Maybe Mudflaps is better on a less technical track? Canard gave him the win in all fairness. He looks like he always has....good and bad.

How many top guys were out of the mix in 2012? He gets credit for survivng that year and reaping the benifits. As for 2013, ok maybe calling it a fluke was a little strong, however, I dont think he is going to post results like he did in 2013 with the field the way it is this year.

Who was he racing in 2012? Nobody. Stew, Reed, Canard, Dungey out.
I think he was riding confidence in 2013. Out of 17 races, he won 2. finished 33 points behind RV

Something is up with him, he's better than his results so far and he has hinted about something going on or working on something on DMXS.

Davi is SO guarded he WILL NOT come out and just say what the problem is. It's really frustrating as a fan but his right to not say anything.

If his excuse is the bike, I can understand he wants to set it up to his needs HOWEVER, that is the bike that just won 4 straight SX championships with RV.

I don't think it's that surprising considering the way he's dropped the anchor. It's obviously possible but would you bet $ he gets a win over Canard, Tomac, Dungey, Roczen or Anderson? I sure wouldn't!
