I heard Steve, JT$ and Weege talking about it on the RedBud Podcast.

JT was saying Grondahl paid way above market value for it. Good for RV2 if that is the case.

If it has in fact sold, it should be a matter of public record and appearing somewhere on a property transaction database, most likely whatever the town/county it is located in. I would think it is held in an LLC and not in his personal name.

Maybe someone who knows where it is located and is familiar with Florida database stuff can check....

I noticed that AC and Ken were riding at RC's place with RD on Instagram a lot lately and then with the Aldan Baker split I thought something was up a week or more ago. They looked to be freshening up the Ranch last week.

He recently sold his training facility in Florida to Michael Grondahl the co-founder of Planet Fitness, part owner of the Geico Honda Team and new lease holder for Southwick. Ryan Villopoto also has another house in California up for sale that has a full Supercross track on the property.
