I recently purchased a Weapon MX exhaust system for my 2008 Yamaha YZ250F and I was wondering if anyone has used this exhaust and what they think of it?

I really like as well as their gas tank foam. What are your guys' thoughts?

I think your spam on Motodrive really sucked.
This one also sucks, but since it's shorter, it doesn't suck as bad.

Moto dude, what is the db output on your nice new Weapon MX exhaust system?
3/26/2008 3:38pm
Weapon mx exhausts are loud i dont think their ama legal...They might sell a scilencer or a 96db pipe though...but from what i know they're over 100db...Although they offer geat preformance....It really powers out on the bottom end.

Personally, I have never seen one on a bike. I have however, held one in my hand, and the product looks sano.

Funny, though....A cool looking pipe, does not make a cool bike. Do your own comparison test. Find someone with a Pro-Circuit system, and a Dr.D system

Then take turns exchanging pipes, not bikes, because all bikes are different. But actually removing the exhaust systems and re-mounting them on each bike.

That's how the magazines do it.

But prior to doing so, I'll bet the Dr.D pipe works the best of the three.

$20 any takers ?

When it comes to Yamaha, nothing works like the Doctor !

I have a quiet core in it which is said to make it 96db. I'm with Slow ~ Pro... 2 strokes are dead... jump on the new wave of the future guys... 4 strokes. Spam?

Weapon MX sponsored me on sponsorhouse and I'm pumped to have a sponsor.. I'm only 14 and here in Tennessee.. to have a sponsor is a big thing for us. I'm thankful. Yall need to quit making me out to be a hack. Get out and ride.

I think you have seen the light but it's the light in the rear view mirror. Grinning Motocross is the only motorsport that is going backwards with technology. People seem to forget that 2 strokes were developed because of their superior power and light weight. Nothing on a modern 4 stroke is an advantage over a comparable 2 stroke, and most aspects are a step backwards ie: WEIGHT, starting, ease of maintenance etc. etc.

I'll stick with the 2 strokes, and when the manufacturers start doing away with the 4 stroke heavyweights, I'll still be braaaping my way to MX nirvana! heh heh

Which home do yall keep your bike at? The one in Tennessee or the one in Valley Center? Go to ronron and work on the form, low quality spam is not tolerated here.

Then why did you sell that DRD one you had listed on the other site. I know it was the old style, but I heard you could send them to DRD and they would upgrade it to the new style for a small fee. Love the DRD on my KX 450, didn't really want Carbon Fiber, but for 220 it was worth it just to make sure this one performed good.
