If I was going to go 50/50, I'd use U4.4 & benefit from the oxygen and other chemistry that'll still give you some added performance...even when you're mixing it w/pump.
U4.4 or VP-110 are good choices.

I was running straight 110 and myTMR tuned KX250 ran great, I treated myself to some straight C12 hoping I wouldn't notice a difference.... I was wrong... Midrange was noticeably stronger, dang it it gets expensive but worth it to me!
I run U 4.4 and can tell a difference between that and normal unleaded.
I think the big question is why do you want a mix of 50/50? What mods have you done to the engine? Any changes to the Carb since you've had it? There's quite a few variables to consider.
That VP chart looks like a good resource if you want to go that route. I know those 250 SX's run pretty good on pump gas through.
Good Luck.
Green C12, Red 110, MMMMHHHHH.
Maybe it was the Ricky Carmichael Playstation game where you bought race gas and started destroying everyone.
I run C12 in my KTM two stroker. Good stuff and consistent.
Pit Row
I like the steel Eagle Safety cans that are available at Lowes.
And around here (sacramento) getting AVgas has proven to be almost impossible.
Everyone who has talked about AVgas has had nothing but good things to say.
I just hope I can get my hands on some and compare it to the VP I have sitting in my garage.
And if you are only paying $4 per gallon of avgas you need to go fill up a tanker truck and resell it. Some places in the country avgas is $8 per gallon.
Also if you plan on going this route, you need to go to a small mom&pop airport. A larger FBO will not sell it to you if they are smart. It's illegal to do so.
Has avgas from $4.10 to $7.78 per gal around me!
It has been years since I purchased avgas, I use T4 in my kxf450
