Yeah pretty smart idea to take a vacation in Europe while injured.

RV's in Europe. Good for him, he needs a vacation. I miss watching the FMOTP racing the outdoors.

So it only took Stew about 10 years to figure out what RV and RD figured out while they were young and still in the lites. Kudos to him.

Doesn't matter when he figured it out he's still winning...

That makes no sense, James dominated the lites class.

Exactly. He was consistently 30 seconds ahead of second place.

He dominated in the 125s and had a perfect 24 out of 24 season in 2008. He has known it all along... he's just selective in when he applies that knowledge haha

If he had figured this out 6-7 yrs ago he would have many more titles and a lot less broken body parts. A 10 second win works just as well as 60. His head finally caught up to his talent.....I love watching the new James

Once RV got situated in the 450 class I don't see James beating him for titles. Here and there, for sure because James is one of, if not the most talented guy to ever ride a dirt bike, but since 2011, if RV is healthy I don't see anybody beating him. You are right though because James could have won the 2009, 2010 outdoors and the 2010 SX championship maybe.

Why?

Oh I see, the FMOTP planet lives in Europe, Italian guy, that what you are getting at?

or you mean that Herlings fella, Fastest Man On the Planet When It Is Sandy (FMOTPWIIS)

Or are you not happy that we did not think about Andy Green, the actual fastest man on the planet.

Or did you want us to exclude automobiles all together?

Really not sure where Usain Bolt is at the moment

I like Stewart fans, they keep things entertaining. Same as Villopoto fans, pretty much all post the same things depending on who was the most recent to win a moto, if they go 1-1 on a weekend they really come out the wood work.

Both exceptional racers along with Kroc, Dungey and the rest. Racing is better when they are all on track together, that is one thing for sure.

Rides A Kawasaki and currently injured, fits the bill if you ask me Smile

At the end of the day we all know that Chad Reed is and always has been the fastest rider in the world when you take the Australian time difference into consideration.

Somebody need a hug? Laughing

Edit: So, seriously I guess you think James is the fastest in the world and not Villopoto, or Cairoli even?

Time difference! haha.

So is he faster or slower when he rides west coast?

Time zones make my head spin!

Its 2014, not 2009, stewarts last title 5 years ago, imo the fastest outdoor riders are rv, rd,kroc cairoli, herlings. not in that order, but i still think rv is the fastest rider in the world easily mx,sx.

Who have you seen other than RV to make that claim?

I'm not an expert, but I know I read somewhere that Stewart was washed up and would never win again.

Why is it so outrageous for mxb2 to think, (in his opinion) that "RV is the fastest rider in the world easily mx,sx." He gave Cairoli, Herlings, Kenny, etc. there props. I do think James still deserves to be in consideration, especially when he's on, because he still has it. Are you upset because Mike Alessi wasn't mentioned in the conversation? I'm not sure if you're aware or not Bobby, but Mike is racing up in Canada right now trying to win a #1 plate, something he hasn't done, or will do here in the US or the GP's.

thanks shredder22, only reason stewart was not mentioned his last title was 5 years ago. imo he def is a top guy, but practice times and random wins dont put him in the fmotp category.
