Damn, I should have went to the race last night. First one I missed in like 20 years.

Flying over for first SX in Jan next year, just want to sit there and watch some supercross, should I fear the crowd I have to sit with? I'm used to camera shy Australians who are only rowdy when not on film.

From what you read here, yes. If you talk to anyone who actually goes to the races, no. Realistically, there will always be a few morons in the bunch when you bring that many people into one place, so I wouldn't worry about it any more than if you were going to any other large sporting event.

The more you pay for a ticket the less chance for buffoonery. Almost all the problems are in the upper levels where the cheap ass bros and hoes sit.

The audience around that showed a lot of genuine concern!

Buy good seat. The trailer trash usually sits in the cheap seats.

Nothing lamer than a chick altercation.
Clearly you drink in different bars than I used to. Those scraps were AWESOME and free to watch to boot. Of course, you had to listen to Country AND Western to see them, a small price to pay for the level of entertainment.

Nothing like a HS girl fight. You know nothing good is going to happen, but you can't just look away.

I found that out, I hadn't been to a supercross in 10 years, work schedule and other things seemed to always prevent me from attending but I always watched it on tv. My daughter comes home from college and saw me watching Anaheim live and she says, hey dad remember when you took me to the first St. Louis sx? I said heck yeah, you were only five years old. She said that it would be awesome to go see it live. My wife and daughter and I went but couldn't get any better tickets than upper concourse because I ordered so late. We got to experience kaos with drunks spilling beer all over the place and another guy threatening to kick another guys ass because he told him to sit down. I guess he wanted to stand up a lot . I was disappointed in the whole thing. Next year, nothing but the best seats if I go.
