no, I think the tube diameters are bigger on the kx if I remember correctly.

all balls website has a chart of what bikes use the same size steering bearings and what front ends are interchangable , the only other thing you need to know is if the steering stems are the same length, we took 96-98 rm rite side up forks, tripples and all pressed the pin for a yz two stroke into them and mounted them on yz no problem
